The majority of our requests come from companies, but we also  often work with private individuals and are happy to help them with  their translation needs.

A legal translation is the transference of a written document from one language to another. It is a complex task because judicial systems are different from one country to another. For that reason, a legal translator must have comprehensive knowledge and understanding of both the source and target legal systems in order to render an accurate version of the document s/he is charged with translating. 

A Legal Translator must also have a keen understanding of legal terminology to avoid even the slightest misinterpretation Our translations are done by experts in the legal field, who have completed studies in legal translation and also been certified by the US Courts as Court Interpreters. 

If you need documents translated for a college application, the immigration process, or Court, just to name a few, you will be required to submit a certified translation. 

Our translations are accompanied by an Affidavit of Accuracy of Translation signed by the Translator attesting to accuracy and completion, and a Certificate issued by our company guaranteeing that all legal requirements were met. Certifications are issued upon request and at no extra charge. 

The time it will take to translate your documents will depend on their size and complexity. Upon evaluation by one of our experts, you will be provided with a deadline that we guarantee we will meet.

No, it is not necessary to provide us with the original, unless a clear digital copy cannot be obtained. We receive copies via email or fax at 1-888-208-6132  

As a rule of thumb, a professional linguist can translate 2,000-2,500  words per day. However, this figure varies depending on the type of  project and material in question. 

The standard charge is per target word. We do have a minimum charge of $50.00 in order to make assignments financially viable for our experts.

We request a deposit in order to start with your project, and final payment upon delivery. We accept PayPal, checks, and bank transfers.
